Located in Batangas City, this office building complex is designed in a modern industrial style, covering a total floor area of 6,020 square meters on an 1,850-square-meter lot. The development consists of multiple structures, with each building rising to six floors. The architectural design utilizes a palette of raw, functional materials including exposed concrete walls, steel beams, and expansive glass curtain walls. Natural wood accents are integrated into the interior ceilings and furniture to balance the industrial elements.
The site features a central garden that provides a communal outdoor space between the buildings, complemented by vertical greenery integrated into the facades. For vehicle management, the complex includes a parking podium situated at the base level, which is topped with perimeter planters to maintain the green aesthetic. Large glass panels and open-plan layouts are used throughout the six-story structures to maximize natural light and maintain visual connections to the surrounding city and internal courtyard. The interior spaces expose structural components such as waffle slabs and mechanical systems, consistent with the industrial theme. Steel staircases and bridges connect various levels and sections of the complex, facilitating movement across the site.
