Situated in Dolores, Quezon, this Pavilion Center occupies a 7,000 sq.m. lot with a total floor area of 3,200 sq.m. The project is designed in a Modern Tropical Industrial style, positioned to frame the backdrop view of Mount Banahaw.
The architectural composition is defined by a series of soaring, asymmetrical roofs with deep overhangs and integrated solar panels. These roof forms utilize sharp angles and varying pitches to facilitate natural ventilation and shed tropical rainfall. The primary structural system consists of exposed steel wide flange sections, which provide the industrial framework for the open-plan layout. Wood plastic composite (WPC) panels are applied to the exterior facades and soffits, introducing a linear texture that balances the metal elements.
The interior features an integrated park garden that transitions between the different building wings. This central green space is surrounded by several restaurants and retail stores, utilizing floor-to-ceiling glass and operable partitions to maintain visual and physical connectivity with the outdoors. Tiered concrete planters and natural stone accents organize the internal circulation, creating a biophilic environment within the industrial structure. Exposed wooden trusses and woven lighting fixtures complement the structural steel throughout the high-ceilinged common areas.
