Proposed Architectural Design & 3D Visualization of a Twelve-Storey Mixed-Use Building with Two Basement Levels

Location: Alabang

Lot Area: 1,500 sq.m.

Total Floor Area: 12,500 sq.m.

This twelve-storey mixed-use building in Alabang, Muntinlupa, occupies a 1,500 sq.m. lot with a total floor area of 12,500 sq.m., supported by two basement levels. The architectural design follows a modern style characterized by parametricism and biomorphic influences. The exterior features a glass curtain wall system integrated with curved, sweeping vertical fins that define the building’s silhouette. These elements serve as both structural accents and functional sun-shading devices. Metal panels and textured concrete finish the primary elevations.

The ground floor features a high-ceiling lobby, a coffee shop, and commercial spaces finished in glass, dark wood, and polished stone. Upper floors consist of open-plan offices with acoustic treatments and glass-partitioned meeting rooms. Integrated indoor vegetation reinforces the biomorphic design theme throughout the workspace.

The penthouse level features a two-level restaurant. This space is designed with a double-height glass facade and an internal steel and wood staircase connecting the two dining tiers. The interior palette consists of natural wood, metal accents, and stone surfaces. Large window spans throughout the building provide natural light and views of the surrounding urban landscape.
