Condominium Architectural Interior Design-Build Project: Fort Palm Spring

Proposed Architectural Interior Design & 3D Visualization of a Three-Bedroom Condominium Unit

Location: Pearl of the Orient Tower, Ermita, Manila
Total Floor Area: 144.69 sq.m.
Design Finalized: May 2015

This project showcases the proposed architectural interior design and 3D visualization of a three-bedroom condominium unit situated in Pearl of the Orient Tower, Ermita, Manila. The total floor area encompasses 144.69 square meters, and the design was finalized in May 2015. The design draws inspiration from Asian Modern aesthetics, incorporating several key features to achieve a balanced and sophisticated space.

Firstly, mirror doors are strategically employed on the cabinets in the dining area and bedrooms. This design element serves a dual purpose: it not only enhances the visual appeal of the space but also creates the illusion of a larger and more spacious area, which is particularly beneficial in condominiums where space is often at a premium.

Secondly, a drop cove ceiling is incorporated into the design. This adds a touch of visual interest and dimension to the space, breaking up the monotony of a flat ceiling and creating a more layered and inviting atmosphere.

Finally, the design scheme makes use of a combination of light and dark wood accents. This creates a sense of warmth and depth, while also adding a touch of sophistication. The careful selection and placement of these wood tones help to ground the space and create a cohesive and balanced overall aesthetic.

Through the thoughtful integration of these Asian Modern design elements, this project aims to create a stylish and functional living environment that is both visually appealing and comfortable for its residents.

The architectural interior design contract documents was submitted to the client in May 2015.

Condominium Architectural Interior Design Project: Fort Palm Spring

Proposed Architectural Interior Design & 3D Visualization of a Studio Unit (Converted to Two-Bedroom!)

Location: Fort Palm Spring, Bonifactio Global City, Taguig
Total Floor Area: 42 sq.m.
Design Finalized: June 2009

This project exemplifies the potential of creative design in maximizing space and functionality. Located in the bustling Fort Palm Spring complex of Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, this 42-square meter studio unit underwent a remarkable transformation, completed in June 2009. The project stands as ARKOSENYO‘s fourth undertaking in the area, showcasing their expertise in crafting inspiring living spaces.

The initial challenge presented itself in transforming the studio unit into a comfortable and functional home for a family of four. The owner, residing in Batangas, needed the space to serve as a haven for her two children while they pursued their studies in Manila. This unique requirement demanded innovative solutions to create designated areas for each family member within the limited footprint of the studio unit. The final design seamlessly integrates modern contemporary elements, incorporating pops of blue and pink through accent walls to create distinct spaces for the two children, a male student and a female student. This thoughtful approach not only ensures functionality but also injects a touch of personality into the living environment.
