Total Floor Area: 90 sq.m.

This architectural interior design proposal for a 2-Bedroom Combined Unit at The Magnolia Residences in Quezon City masterfully captures the essence of modern chic living. Spanning a generous 90 square meters, the space is envisioned as a harmonious blend of style, comfort, and functionality.

The design philosophy centers on creating an airy and inviting ambiance, achieved through a deliberate use of clean lines and a neutral color scheme. Earthy tones and light wood accents, such as the WPC fluted wall panels, infuse warmth and sophistication into the contemporary aesthetic. The strategic use of walnut wood accents in the bedrooms introduces a touch of richness and intimacy, creating a cozy retreat within the rooms.

The open-plan layout further amplifies the sense of spaciousness, facilitating a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. This configuration not only maximizes the usable space but also encourages social interaction and a sense of togetherness.

The overall design exemplifies meticulous attention to detail and a thoughtful selection of materials and finishes. Every element, from the sleek cabinetry to the elegant lighting fixtures, contributes to a cohesive and sophisticated aesthetic. This proposed design promises to transform this combined unit into a serene and stylish sanctuary, a true reflection of modern urban living.
