Residential Design Project - Montala Alviera

Residential Design Project: Montala Alviera

Proposed Architectural Design & 3D Visualization of a Two-Storey Residence with Attic

Location: Montala Alviera, Porac, Pampanga
Lot Area: 390 sq.m.
Total Floor Area: 342 sq.m.
Design Finalized: February 2020

Nestled within the vibrant Montala Alviera community in Porac, Pampanga, this residential design project envisions a stunning two-storey residence with an attic, drawing inspiration from the elegance of modern Asian architecture. Finalized in February 2020, the design meticulously integrates functionality and aesthetics, offering a total floor area of 342 square meters on a 390 square meter lot.

The essence of the design lies in its seamless connection to the surrounding environment. Large floor-to-ceiling corner windows bathe the living areas in natural light, blurring the lines between the interior and exterior spaces. This creates a sense of openness and promotes a connection with the natural world, reflecting the core principles of Asian-inspired design.

High ceilings throughout the residence further enhance the feeling of spaciousness and grandeur. The living room, the heart of the home, boasts an impressive double-height ceiling, creating a dramatic focal point and offering ample space for relaxation, entertainment, and family gatherings.

The exterior of the home embodies a modern aesthetic, accentuated by a unique roof design featuring four individual shed-type, single-pitched roofs. This adds a touch of visual interest and complements the clean lines and natural materials inherent to the modern Asian style.

This project, envisioned in 2020, aspires to deliver a sophisticated and functional living space that not only embodies the essence of modern Asian living but also seamlessly integrates into the vibrant Montala Alviera community.

ARKOSENYO finalized the Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design Services (DAEDS) contract documents in February 2020.
