This four-story mixed-use building in Makati City represents a Contemporary Eco-Futurist approach to urban density. Situated on a 1,400 sq.m. lot with a total floor area of 3,920 sq.m., the structure serves as a hub for various commercial establishments and offices. The architectural design is characterized by sharp, angular geometries and cantilevered volumes that create a distinct profile against the city skyline. Its unique palette—a high-contrast combination of matte charcoal gray and ochre yellow accents paired with blue-green glazing—ensures the building stands out from neighboring developments.
The construction utilizes a technical assembly of glass curtain walls, steel, and aluminum composite panels (ACP) to balance transparency with structural durability. Sustainability is a primary focus, evidenced by the integration of expansive vertical garden walls on both the exterior facade and within the interior atrium. These features are complemented by a fully landscaped roof garden that provides essential open space for occupants. To enhance energy efficiency, the roof is fitted with photovoltaic solar panels that generate renewable power for daily operations. Inside, the design maintains the eco-centric theme with wood-toned structural accents and high ceilings that facilitate natural light and passive ventilation throughout the public and private zones.
