Commercial Design Project – Pasig City

Proposed Architectural Design & 3D Visualization of a Single-Storey Pickleball Club

Location: Pasig City

Lot Area: 1,210 sq.m.

Total Floor Area: 1,632 sq.m.

Located in Pasig City, this 1,210 sq.m. single-storey pickleball club occupies a 1,632 sq.m. lot. The architectural design follows a Modern Industrial style, characterized by a raw and functional aesthetic.

The structure features an industrial wall finish complemented by distinct slanted concrete protrusions along the side elevation. A standing seam metal roofing system covers the facility, integrated with solar panels to support energy efficiency. The facade incorporates WPC tubular louvers for solar shading and a weave design element constructed from sculptural wood blocks.

Internally, the facility houses a reception area, a coffee shop, a gym, and specialized sports areas. The project utilizes acrylic cushion sports flooring for the pickleball courts. This material is selected specifically to provide shock absorption and consistent ball bounce while reducing joint strain for players. Large glass sections provide visual connectivity between the gym, cafe, and the courts. Exposed steel beams, polished concrete floors, and wood-textured ceilings maintain the industrial theme throughout the interior spaces.

The outdoor area includes additional courts and a parking zone, with landscaping integrated into the perimeter concrete planters to balance the hardscape materials.
